I started papAIa because I saw too many women holding back from AI - not because they lacked ambition, but because the space felt built by and for men.
After years in law and compliance - rooms where female perspectives were rare - I wanted to create something different: a space where women lead innovation with clarity, creativity and confidence.
papAIa was born to make AI approachable, ethical, and empowering - so women can lead smarter, sustainably and on their own terms.

I wasn’t born “AI-confident”.
I was overwhelmed, too - starting over again and again.
I left my corporate career, built my own web design agency (it’s still running, by the way 😉), and then AI exploded onto the scene.
Like so many others, I went through the shiny-object syndrome.
I felt the fear that AI might replace me.
I drowned in tools, trends, and advice - until I found my own way out.
papAIa is that shortcut.
