I'm Kerstin Dallinger - founder of papAIa and co-founder of NinjAI. I went from practicing law to corporate compliance to building AI-powered businesses from scratch. No CS degree. No tech background. Just strategy, clarity, and the courage to reinvent myself. Now I help women do the same - and yes, that includes opening a terminal.

After years in law and compliance, I know what happens when you jump into action without a plan. I also know what it feels like to reinvent yourself - from a legal expert to corporate, from corporate to entrepreneur, from web design to AI. Every time, the breakthrough wasn't a new tool. It was clarity.

papAIa was born to give women that clarity – and the confidence to go deep. Strategy before tools. Real AI skills, not surface-level tips. Because transformation starts with knowing where you're going, not with downloading the next app.
